Description
The banjo pizza peel 8″ from Lilly Codroipo is perfect for cooking and taking the pizza out of the oven. This is a classic model with a round disc, which makes the shovel lighter. The blade is entirely made of stainless steel for maximized heat resistance due to the prolonged use of the blade in the pizza oven.
The head is firmly anchored to the head with an insert blocked by three metal rivets that gives great support to the handle and for maximum stability and strength once the pizza is loaded on the shovel.
