Description

The Olimpia Peel it’s four-point, rivet-free welded structure ensures a durable attachment, without creating any shims that could damage the pizza during cooking. The plate is reinforced by folded sheet metal in the steel version and by welded “wings” in the titanium version, which protect the peel from impacts against the oven door. The two handles are made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic, resistant up to 200°C. The sliding handle can be easily removed and locks into place when tightened, engaging the end handle.

Perforated Disc
The perforations allow for a lighter product; furthermore, when moving the pizza, the friction between the holes and the dough removes excess flour.
Plastic Slide
The ergonomic polypropylene slide is necessary for using longer peels to control their movement, and the slide stop (made of a stainless steel insert) prevents them from sliding towards the peel plate. If damaged or broken, we recommend replacing it; a replacement is available.
Ergonomic Plastic End Cap
The ergonomic end cap allows for a comfortable grip; it features a hole for hanging the product. If damaged or broken, we recommend replacing it; a replacement is available.
