RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

No returned merchandise can be accepted without prior written agreement. If permission is granted, merchandise must be prepaid only and will be subject to minimum 20% restocking fee plus outbound freight. Returned goods must be received within 30 days of purchase.
All returned items must be new. Used, washed, stickered, abused or otherwise damaged merchandise will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Giochi Di Pizza is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
